Your addressable workspace — what you see here, who may see it, and what it links to (cups, filing-cabinet artifacts, orchestration steps by reference, never a copy). Per WP27.1-OFFICE-DESIGN.md §1: "An office is not a new storage tier. It is a view with an authorization boundary."
WP27.2 baseline build. Enter / observe / invite / revoke / seal and the §4.3 two-party rule on Erin's office are live on the API and audited. Not yet in this page: a live occupant roster, a cup/filing-cabinet/work-group reference panel (§3), and real-time presence updates (this reads presence, it does not publish it). Federation (§5) — resolving a peer's presence without enumerating their office — is out of scope for 27.2 per the design.
